Turmeric and lemon during morning routine –  Turmeric is an aryuvedic plant which aids in anti-inflammation, high in anti-oxidants and cancer preventing properties.   Recipe: 1 cup warm (not hot) water, juice of ½ lemon, ¼  tsp turmeric, dash of cinnamon, 1/8 tsp of honey (optional). Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat.
