Amazing Pretzel Rolls Buns. Made these for the super bowl because I couldn't find any in the stores. Not hard at all. The recipe does not tell you to grow your yeast in the warm water first, but DO IT! The recipe won't work other wise. I also did an egg wash before I sprinkled on the sea salt and put them in in the oven.
To make up for the non-sourdough bagels I just posted. Sourdough bagels. Maybe I'll try combining the recipes and making sourdough Montreal bagels (just not right... But potentially delicious nonetheless).
