Grill Shrimp with Old Bay seasoning. I tried this marinade on tiger prawns, but modified it using cayenne pepper instead of chili powder and skipped the salt and pepper. Turned out awesome. Marinated 4 lbs. of tiger prawns in a gallon zip lock freezer bag with the modified marinade for a few hours. Smoked the shrimp on my BGE for about 20 minutes and finished it off on a propane grill. It was a hit and my new favorite marinade for grilled shrimp/prawns.
