23 Times Women Made History On 'Saturday Night Live'
"Jane, you ignorant slut!" The original SNL women: Jane Curtin, Laraine Newman, and Gilda Radner.
Gilda Radner (June 28, 1946 – May 20, 1989) was an American comedian, actress, and one of seven original cast members of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live. After passing away from ovarian cancer, her cancer psychotherapist and her husband created Gilda's Club to spread information and support to the cancer community. Gilda's Club Metro Detroit is doing the same, and we are honored to help this community through EBW
Rosanna Rosannadanna - My all-time favorite Gilda Radner character..."There's always something..." Loved to watch her give Jane Curtin fits. The comedy dynamic between these two women was as awesome as Lucy and Ethel!
