Baking vegan pumpkin cheese cake!!
1 1/2 cups raw cashews preferably soaked in water overnight.
1 15-16oz can organic pumpkin
1-1 1/2 cups pitted dates preferably soaked in water ( pour dates & small amount of sweet water in (about half cup)
1 8oz container toffutti cream cheese
Pumpkin pie & clove spices to taste ( I like mine a little spicy)
A pinch of pure vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1 graham cracker crust
Blend all ingredients starting from top in food processor & pour into Graham…
