Almond pancakes     1 ¾ cup almond flour     2 eggs, whisked     ½ tsp salt     1 tsp vanilla extract     ½ tsp cinnamon     ¼ tsp Nutmeg     2/3 c almond milk (or water!)

Yummy - next time I will substitute butter for the coconut oil. For SCD, substitute baking powder with b. soda and a little salt. Get batter to room temperature first. They don't bubble up like wheat flour pancakes do when it's time to flip. As usual, the last pancakes had a better consistency to them than the first batch.
