There are many tricks to being able to spin this quickly! Let's talk about Spin Conditioning and tricks to avoid barfing 🤢. 1) Gaze at something that is moving with you - IE hand, the Lyra etc 2) Do not eat anything heavy before spin practice- i suggest someting light like a granola bar 3) When finished spinning on apparatus and coming to a stop- begin to spin in opposite direction!
