2 cups plant based milk 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 cup oats 4 tbsp chia seeds Add the milk, raspberries and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the 1/2 cup oats and 2 tbsp of chia seeds to two seperate containers and mix together. Pour in the raspberry milk evenly and mix together. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. Sweet Cinnamon Air Fryer Peach
This is one of the best desserts ever; it tastes like peach pie but without the crust! Ingredients: - 1 peach - 1 tbsp powdered monk fruit (you can use granulated sugar, coconut sugar, etc.) - 1 tsp cinnamon - Vanilla ice cream - 1 tbsp butter, room temperature - Olive Preheat the air fryer to 350F. Place the cut side down in the air fryer basket and air fry for 6 minutes. Place back in the air fryer, cut side up, and air fry for an additional 4 minutes. Enjoy!
