Ingredients: 1 small romaine head 1/2 of a small cabbage 1 large carrot- shredded 1 medium beet- shredded 1/4 cup parsley 1/4 cup dill 1/2 red onion Dressing: 1 lemon-juiced 1/3 cup EVOO 1 tsp salt 1 tsp honey Method: 1. Wash and chop/shred all the vegetables and add to a salad bowl; 2. To make the dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and honey; 3.
