‘Hibernate’ Mother & Baby Bear Original Linocut Print
Yawn! Are you feeling sleepy? I bet you will if you look long enough at this. Mother and Baby Bear are curled up together, ready for a long, long sleep. I created this print during the first few weeks of lockdown when sleeping through it all seemed very appealing. It’s quite a large print, with the printed area measuring approximately 30cm x 30cm and the paper approximately 42cm square. Each print is pressed on an antique Columbian printing press in water based darkest blue-black ink on to archival Zerkall paper.
