Libera emociones dolorosas con estas posturas
Los miedos, preocupaciones y frustraciones también se acumulan en esta zona del cuerpo y acaba afectándonos física y emocionalmente. Haz las posturas por 1 a 3 minutos cada una, sin forzar demasiado tu cuerpo. Si llegaras a sentir ansiedad o las emociones empezando a aflorar, sólo céntrate en la respiración y respira lento y profundo para que se liberen. Recuerda que debes hacer las posturas de ambos lados.
