I want to take the time to point out that although fitness is something very important, you don't need to have a thigh gap, prominent collar, hip bones, or ribs to be healthy. As long as your doctor says that you are at a healthy weight then you don't need to feel pressure to change unless you want to. Fitness is reaching the optimal strength of your body, not becoming as thin as possible.
