I couldn't accept not being able to do pull ups for almost a month while being away, so, I found a wall... not only great for pull ups, assuming the wall is stable, and amazing for grip and finger strength. This was so EPIC!  I did 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Besides the pull ups, all else is a superset.  1. Pull ups (can be assisted or resisted)  2. Chest press crunch with leg raises  3. Static squat W raises  4. Biceps curls to Arnold presses  5. Hollow body skull crushers
