Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Mash
Ingredients: For the Steak Bites: 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp unsalted butter 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped Salt and pepper to taste For the Mashed Potatoes: 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then sear in batches for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
Beef & Rotini in Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients: 12 oz rotini pasta 1 lb ground beef 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp olive oil or butter Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water, drain, and set aside. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil/butter until fragrant. Whisk in flour, cook until bubbly, then slowly add milk, stirring to create a smooth sauce. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking until thickened. Combine beef and pasta with the sauce, toss, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.

Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl 🥗🍗🍚 Ingredients: 🥬 Lettuce leaves 🍚 Cooked brown or white rice 🥒 Sliced cucumbers 🍗 Grilled chicken breast 🌿 Optional: chopped parsley for garnish Instructions: Prepare the chicken: Marinate chicken breast with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper for 30 minutes. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips. Assemble the bowl: Add a bed of 🥬 lettuce to one side of the bowl. Place 🍚 cooked rice next to the lettuce. Add 🥒 cucumber slices on the other side. Top and serve: Place the sliced 🍗 chicken on the rice. Garnish with 🌿 parsley if desired.
