✅ Ингредиенты: ▪️ Творог влажный (без крупинок) – 700 г ▪️ Сметана 20% – 150 г ▪️ Сахарная пудра – 100 г ▪️ Яйца – 3 шт ▪️ Крахмал – 40 г ▪️ Сливочное масло (растопить) – 50 г ▪️ Шоколад горький – 100 г ✅ Приготовление: 📌 Подготовка массы: в глубокой миске соединяем творог, сметану, яйца, сахарную пудру, крахмал, растопленное сливочное масло, ванилин и растопленный шоколад. Всё пробиваем блендером до однородной массы. 📌 Выливаем массу в форму с пергаментом. Духовку разогреваем до 180°C. На дно ставим ёмкость с водой для мягкости текстуры.
